Cam Norrie’s brilliant run in Wimbledon has come to an end. Norrie came up short in the semi-finals, losing to Novak Djokovic in four sets.
Cam is just the fourth British male to get to the semi-finals at Wimbledon, and the first to make the semi-final since Andy Murray in 2016. The hometown fans were in attendance this year rooting Cam on, and really helped push the world #12 to the semi-finals.
Although Norrie’s unbelievable run has ended, this will be a tournament to remember. He has the skills and experience now to make more runs in big tournaments, and we will be sure to see more success from him down the road.
